Detailed and highly faithful model of Antonio Citterio’s 2005 Happy Dormeuse lounge chair for Flexform.
The 3ds Max (2010) file comes fully textured and shaded for Vray 2.0. As it is modelled to scale and grouped, you can just merge it into your scene and hit render.
The separate texture archive contains 60MB of high-res textures (diffuse, displace, reflection, glossiness). This are deliberately provided in the highest resolution but can be reduced to save memory.
The 3ds Max model uses complex, hyperrealistic shaders and displacement for true-to-life results. It is possible to use the displacement maps as bump maps to preserve resources.
The OBJ version comes only with basic materials and if you use this version, you will have to recreate your own materials using the provided textures. All textured parts of the model are fully UVMapped.
The 3ds Max scene includes the lounge chair, an infinity floor, and a complementary studio light rig including separate HDRI light textures.
